Venue Rentals are a three-day rental, Friday through Sunday, so you may enjoy your event day without rushing! ​Please call us at (530) 347-0077 for weekday, corporate, non-profit, military, and first responder rates, as well as additional terms and conditions.

Do you help with catering, bar, setup, or coordination?

We set up and break down all venue-owned chairs, tables & décor. 

A day-of coordinator of your choosing is required with booking. 

We can refer you to recommended vendors who are familiar with our facilities.

What are the directions?

Heart S Ranch is located on Bowman Road in Cottonwood, ten minutes off Interstate 5 and 30 minutes from Redding.
Take Interstate 5 to Bowman Rd. Head West down Bowman for 7 miles.

We offer discounts for Weekday rentals (Monday thru Thursday) and for
Charitable Events, Non-Profit Organizations, First Responders, and Military.
