Weekend Rentals

We host one wedding per weekend, seasonally from May to October. We are closed during July.

Your rental includes venue access from Friday 12 PM to Sunday, 12 PM.

Air Conditioned Dressing Rooms

We offer two air-conditioned dressing rooms for you and your wedding party to get ready in! Our Onsite Venue Manager will transport you to the ceremony, so no need to walk!

Extensive Borrowing Inventory

We're happy to share any of the borrowing inventory that we've built over the years. From four styles of wedding arches, signage and décor to two beautiful wooden bars, come visit our venue to see what is available to you!

Day-Of Coordinator

While we do provide an onsite Venue Manager, we require you to secure a Day-Of Coordinator or Planner to ensure your day runs smoothly. If needed, we can provide referrals for coordinators or other vendors.

As soon as we walked onto the property of Heart S Ranch, we knew this was the perfect venue for us. Besides the fact it has everything you need, Kristi is just amazing. From start to finish, she was there to answer any questions we had and help in anyway we needed. We can never thank her enough for helping our wedding day go so smoothly! She was there for all of our vendors if they had any questions and made sure everything was going smoothly. The team she has helping was also amazing!

The venue itself is just absolutely gorgeous and so clean. The suites for both bride and groom were the perfect area to hangout before the ceremony! Every single spot on the property is perfect for pictures, from the ceremony site to the big field for sunset pictures you just can’t go wrong. Our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about what a beautiful venue it is!
